Hi there, bookworms! Today I am bring you a very exciting blog post—one I have been wanting to write for the longest time. I created my first book tag!

As some of you might know, I am a big fan of The Addams Family (1964) and so, I have been trying to link it to books. I just love the vibe, aesthetic, story, characters and actors from the 1964 show so much and have been working on this book tag just in time for Halloween.
The few episodes I could find from the show brought me so much happiness during a difficult time, therefore I want to share this book tag with you in the hopes of bringing you a few minutes of fun.
I really hope you enjoy this book tag but even if you are only reading my answers to the prompts, I am happy to have created it. It is something I am quite proud of.
RULES
- List the rules and the prompts of the tag in your post.
- Thank the person who tagged you and pingback to their post.
- Credit the creator of the tag, White Rose Stories, and pingback to her post.
- Tag at least 5 people to participate in the tag.
PROMPTS
MORTICIA ADDAMS — a book containing your favourite character.

I think my favourite character is Addie LaRue from The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab. I fell in love with her personality, strength and her will to live freely and see the world.
GOMEZ ADDAMS — a book about unconditional love.

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid. I finished this book a couple of days ago and it had me crying for hours.
WEDNESDAY ADDAMS — a character with a…special hobby.

Liesel from The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. As she learns to read and grows a love for books, she steals any book she can get her hands on.
PUGSLEY ADDAMS — a character that is both normal and abnormal.

Jameson Hawthrone from The Inheritance Games series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. He is both a normal teenager and someone who is completely different from the rest. He gets stuck so deep in the mystery of the story. His obsession to find clues and answers turn him into someone else entirely.
GRANDMAMA — a book that ended up being more fun than you thought it would be.

The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde. I read this book for one of my assignments, a couple months ago, and I had a lot more fun than I thought I would. The assignment ended up being my top one of the year and I loved working on it.
LURCH — a character that reminds you of halloween.

The Other Mother (The Beldam) from Coraline by Neil Gaiman. I honestly do not think I need to explain why… Let us just say she is a character I never, ever, want to encounter.
THING — a book with an amazing sidekick.

Six Crimson Cranes by Elizabeth Lim. Shiori has such an amazing, little sidekick—her paper bird, Kiki. I absolutely loved reading about these two characters and could not help but laugh at Kiki’s personality. She is such an amazing friend to Shiori and I could not help but wish I had someone like her to look out for me.
UNCLE FESTER — a weird but lovable character.

Gerry (the author) from My Family and Other Animals by Gerald Durrell. The author wrote about his journey, with his family, to Corfu. The reason why I think that he is weird is because of his love for bugs. As a person who is afraid of bugs and creepy-crawlies, Gerry was a bit weird to me because of his hobby of collecting insects but nonetheless, I still loved reading the story.
CHARLES ADDAMS — an author you would like to thank in person for the world and characters they created.

Markus Zusak is an author I’d like to thank for the characters he created in The Book Thief. They are characters who will haunt me and will always have a special place in my heart.
COUSIN ITT — a memorable, non-human character.

Lehabah from House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas. I loved her so much and still think about her from time to time.
ARISTOTLE, THE OCTOPUS — a book where a character has a unique pet.

House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas. Bryce has such an unique pet, a tiny chimera named Syrinx.
KITTY KAT, THE LION — a book with a lion on the cover or in the title.

Raybearer by Jordan Ifueko. I actually picked it up a few months ago but when I saw that the second book will be released after a few months, I decided to wait until the series is completed. Binge reading all the books in a series is my absolute favourite thing to do as I have zero patience to wait until the next is released.
THE CEMETERY — a book set somewhere you feel at home.

A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas. I fell in love with the city of Velaris when I first read the books and would have loved to be able to live there.
