I bought quite a few interesting books outside of my favourite genre this month, which I am planning to binge read some of in July, and I also received highly anticipated books from publishers and authors.
Let us look at all the books I bought and received!
EBOOKS BOUGHT

- Emergency Contact by Mary H.K. Choi: This book is one I have been wanting to read for a really long time. I decided to finally pick it up for the Asian Readathon.
- Permanent Record by Mary H.K. Choi: This another book I have on my list of books to get to for the Asian Readathon. I had to replace another book with this one for the recommended book that I needed to read because I could not get my hands on the one I had planned to read.
- Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir: I have seen this book around bookstagram a few times and as it was on sale, I thought I would buy it to give it a try.
- The Raven King by Nora Sakavic: I already own the first book in the trilogy and decided to buy the next two books. Many of my friends loved these books and I decided to buy them to see what it was all about.
- The King’s Men by Nora Sakavic

- The Awakening / The Struggle by L.J. Smith: This book is the group book of The Readathon Diaries that I will be participating in next month and as I have never read the Vampire Diaries books or watched the TV series before, I bought the rest of the books in the series to binge read them soon.
- The Fury / Dark Reunion by L.J. Smith
- Twilight by Stephenie Meyer: With Midnight Sun coming out in August, I have decided to binge the Twilight books, for the first time, in July. I own the white editions in a boxed set but packed them away a while ago, so I bought them on Kindle to help me get through them a bit quicker.
- New Moon by Stephenie Meyer
- Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer
- The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner by Stephenie Meyer
- Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer

- Reflection by Elizabeth Lim: I read Spin the Dawn this month and am currently reading the second book, Unravel the Dusk, for a blog tour and when I saw that this one was on sale, I decided to buy it. I love the author’s writing and am really hoping to get to this one soon.
- Air Awakens by Elise Kova: I have heard nothing but amazing things about this series and decided to buy them all in hope of binging to them soon. The covers attracted my attention ever since I first saw them years ago.
- Fire Falling by Elise Kova
- Earth’s End by Elise Kova
- Water’s Wrath by Elise Kova
- Crystal Crowned by Elise Kova
BOOKS RECEIVED FROM NETGALLEY

- The Extraordinaries by TJ Klune: I have been seeing this book on bookstagram and book Twitter for a while now and was so glad to have been accepted to read and review an eARC. The synopsis just sounds so interesting!
- A Song Below Water by Bethany C. Morrow: Many thank yous to NetGalley and Tor Teen for providing me with an eARC! I am so, so excited to pick this one up soon!
- Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Gracia: This book is one of my most anticipated releases of June and I am so, so shocked and grateful that I got approved for this book on NetGalley. I am literally buzzing with excitement and cannot wait to pick it up in a few days.
- The Thief on the Winged Horse by Kate Mascarenhas: The synopsis of this one really captured my attention as well as the cover. I am really looking forward to read it in the following months!
BOOKS RECEIVED FOR A BLOG TOUR

- Unravel the Dusk (The Blood of the Stars #2) by Elizabeth Lim: Believe me when I say that I almost started crying when I saw that not only was I accepted for my first blog tour, but I was accepted for an advance copy of one of my most anticipated releases of the year. I absolutely loved Spin the Dawn and just could not wait, so I started this one a few days ago. I am almost halfway through and it is so action-packed and captivating thus far. Many thank yous to The Fantastic Flying Book Club and everyone involved for providing me with an eARC!
BOOKS RECEIVED FROM AN AUTHOR

- Haze by Rebecca Crunden: The author kindly reached out to me and provided me with a review copy. I must say, the synopsis really intrigued me and I am excited to get to it!
